Barratt Homes have submitted a request to change their planning application at Baileyfield South to replace office/commercial space with flats.

Barratt have permission for a 4-storey block with Class 4 consent for Office Space/Commercial and would like to change this to a single storey of Office Space/Commercial and three storeys of 2-bed and 1-bed flats.
