Booking Survey Launched

Dear Action Porty Members,

We are now looking to get our regular hires booked into Bellfield for June. This is a big step for us, and we hope we are doing it in the right way. Right now we are only ready to hire the Large and Small halls, and we are looking to see what regular bookings we have before we book any one off events or monthly, quarterly or yearly bookings. We will be looking for those at the start of April.

So we are currently looking for anyone who is interested in booking with us on a regular basis to fill in this survey by March 26th –https://www.surveymonkey.co.uk/r/Q9899WX 
We will then look at all the survey results together, and we will look to fill the hall spaces in the best fashion. 
We will be giving priority to – 
Previous users of Bellfield
Bookings that fit well with other bookings and allow us to maximise the use of the space
