PROPOSED INTRODUCTION OF PART TIME 20MPH SPEED RESTRICTION

I refer to my previous letter of 3 June 2016 regarding the above.

In accordance with the terms of the Local Authorities’ Traffic Orders (Procedure) (Scotland) Regulations 1999, I write to inform you that the City of Edinburgh Council proposes to promote an order which will introduce a part time 20mph speed restriction on Milton Road. Times of operation to be 08:15 to 09:15, 12:00 to 13:30 and 15:00 to 16:00 Monday to Friday.

The proposals are shown on the attached plan and a copy of the street notice is herewith attached for your information.

Should you wish to submit an objection to the proposal, please do so by the date shown on the attached notice quoting the appropriate notice reference number.
