Summary of Planning Applications and Decisions for week commencing 18 January 2016

The following applications have been decided:

  • 15/05518/LBC has been granted: To alter an existing store cupboard in the hallway and form an new wc basin and shower within the existing enclosure walls of the cupboard retaining the existing door, at 45 Bellfield Street
  • 15/05389/FUL has been withdrawn: Demolish existing rear extension and form new rear extension. Form dormer to rear elevation. Provide 2no velux rooflights to front elevation, at 15 Adelphi Place
  • 15/05354/LBC has been granted: Replace existing single glazed timber sash and case windows with new double glazed timber sash and case windows, at 199 Portobello High Street
  • 15/05332/LBC has been granted: Carry out internal alterations to allow living room to become master bedroom.
