Property developers Avant Homes have now submitted a request for planning permission for Telferton Allotments concerning a residential development of 28 family homes, 40 allotment plots and 2 community plots.

The housing is comprised of 8 detached houses and 2 blocks of flats. The eastern flat is 3 storeys and the western flat is 2 storeys in height. The development also includes affordable housing, associated access, parking and landscaping works.
