No new major planning applications in the Portobello area have been submitted or decided in the last two weeks.
The following applications have been decided:
- 15/03619/FUL has been granted: Replace existing patio door and window and fitting new double doors in centre, with fixed lights to either side, finished in white paint and double glazed; Replace jointly owned rear boundary fence, with similar style but increasing height from 1m to 2 m. Extend existing rear patio and add decking area at foot of garden, at 15A Rosefield Avenue
- 15/03436/LBC & 15/03431/ADV have been granted: Removing existing old brand signage and replacing with new style brand signage, at 216 Portobello High Street
- 15/03995/FUL has been granted: convert and extend the existing free standing garage on the side of the house, into additional living space, and a WC and utility space, at 262 Milton Road East
- 15/03856/FUL has been granted: Proposed extension to existing glazed structure, at 6 Dalkeith Street
- 15/03270/LBC & 15/03271/FUL have been granted: Conversion of derelict ancillary buildings into two mews houses, at Regent Street Lane
The following applications have been submitted:
- 15/03288/LBC: Replace current windows with timber double glazing units, at 9 Bath Street
- 15/04473/FUL: Single storey extension to the rear of the property, at 112 Seaview Terrace
- 15/04540/FUL: Alter and extend house including dormers to front and back, at 12 Woodside Terrace
- 15/04549/FUL: Proposed rear extension to form new kitchen and living area, at 15 Argyle Crescent
- 15/04586/LBC: Carry out identified Fire Upgrade works as part of the City of Edinburgh’s rolling Fire Upgrade Programme, at 147 Portobello High Street (Portobello Town Hall)
