SGN Gas Main Replacement 

Brighton Place  

Due to essential Gas Main replacement works it will be necessary to install temporary two way 

traffic lights on Brighton Place from Saturday 10th October 2015 for approximately seven days. 

Please see drawing below for traffic management details.There will also be some additional work on Rosefield Place lasting approx seven days. 

The works will cause delays to the travelling public. It is intended that the temporary traffic lights 

will be manned from 0700 to 1900hrs daily and manually operated when required.  

It should be noted that the setts will removed and replaced with asphalt surfacing at this time. These 

setts will be put into storage for reuse in the reconstruction of Brighton Place early next year.
