No new major planning applications in the Portobello area have been submitted or decided in the last week.

The following applications have been decided:

• 15/03497/CLE has been granted: Use as a children’s nursery, at 2 Windsor Place
• 14/04780/FUL has been granted: Development of 60 bed care home with ancillary facilities including a cafe, library, activity spaces and externally a new car park and access, at 99 Inchview Terrace (just outside Portobello CC area)
