No new major planning applications in the Portobello area have been submitted or decided in the last week.

The following applications have been decided:

·         15/02285/FUL has been granted: Installation of new tiled roof to existing conservatory, at 11 Gilberstoun Place

·         15/02070/FUL has been granted: Variation to approval 15/00428/FUL for dormer window to rear (west) elevation, velux rooflight and lower cill to north elevation (both to shower room), at 66 Duddingston Park

·         15/01905/FUL has been granted: Single storey extension to rear (as amended), at 6 Brunstane Road

·         15/00571/FUL has been granted: Taking an existing near derelict garage outbuilding at the bottom of the garden, and refurbishing and extending it, at 11 Rosefield Place

The following applications have been submitted:

·         15/02807/ADV: Install 2no. ATM surrounds with internally illuminated lettering, logo and accent lines, at 177 Portobello High Street (RBS)

·         15/02910/AMC: Proposed Development of Sheltered Housing, comprising a 42 sheltered apartments (20 x 1 bed + 22 x 2 bed) communal facilities,  landscaping and car parking, at Site 100 Metres West of 17-21 Portobello High Street
