The following applications have been decided:
- 15/01184/FUL has been refused: Use of premises as hot food takeaway (sui generis), at 3 Brighton Place
- 15/00746/FUL has been granted: One-and-a-half storey side extension and single storey rear extension with dormers to front and rear elevations (as amended), at 35 Mountcastle Drive South
The following applications have been submitted:
- 15/01867/FUL: First storey side extension over existing garage and new veluxes on the front and rear elevations, at 162 Gilberstoun
- 15/01918/FUL: Proposed change to approved design comprising addition of dormer roof windows to street front elevations in place of velux roof windows, at 2 – 4, 3 St Mark’s Lane
- 15/02070/FUL: Variation to approval 15/00428/FUL for dormer window to rear (west) elevation, velux rooflight and lower cill to north elevation (both to shower room), at 66 Duddingston Park
