Summary of Planning Applications and Decisions for week commencing 27 April 2015

No new major planning applications in the Portobello area have been submitted or decided in the last week.

The following applications have been decided:

  • 15/00828/FUL has been granted: Proposed erection of an orangery to the rear of the property (as amended), at 60 Brunstane Road
  • 14/04687/FUL has been refused: Part change of use from office to residential (to form 2 bedroom basement flat), upper floor retained as office, at 95 Portobello High Street
  • 14/05322/FUL has been recommended to be granted and will be decided at Development Management Sub Committee on 29 Apr: Re-development and extension of redundant office building to create 26 flats with associated landscaping and parking (as amended) | 275 Portobello High Street

The following applications have been submitted:

  • 15/01831/FUL: New window to ground floor level of side elevation to an existing two storey extension, at 21 Bath Street
  • 15/01849/FUL: Three new build two storey pitched roof 3/4 bedroom terraced dwellings, at Land 16 Metres
