The following applications have been decided:
- 15/00874/FUL has been granted: Installation of 2 conservation style rooflights, at 37A Marlborough Street
- 15/00891/FUL has been withdrawn: Single storey pitched roof extension to the side of existing first floor flat, at 23 Joppa Grove
- 15/00653/FUL has been granted: Alter and convert the lower ground floor to domestic accommodation then sub-divide it and create a separate flat. Also erect new porch to rear, at 22 Brunstane Road
- 15/00613/FUL has been granted: Demolish existing deck, erection of orangery extension to rear of dwellinghouse, with new rasied deck and steps, at 8 Durham Terrace
- 14/05242/FUL is not development: Replacement windows and internal alterations, at 7B Brunstane Road North
The following applications have been submitted:
- 15/01569/FUL: Extension to rear and conversion of garage to form additional bedroom, at 23 Mountcastle Drive South
- 15/01570/FUL: The erection of ancillary outbuilding at the bottom of the garden, at 20 Bellfield Street
