No new major planning applications in the Portobello area have been submitted or decided in the last week.
The following applications have been decided:
- 15/01420/PNT permission is required: Application for prior notification of intention to install telecommunications apparatus, at Proposed Telecoms Apparatus 45 Metres South Of 14 Abercorn Terrace
- 15/00603/FUL has been granted: Widening of The Jewel to provide extended two lane approach to the roundabout at the junction of A1 Milton Link, at ASDA, 100 The Jewel (not within PCC area, but of local interest)
The following applications have been submitted:
- 15/01260/LBC: Installation of a domestic stairlift within the common staircase, at 1F1 16 Marlborough Street
- 15/01555/LBC: Demolition and replacement of existing extension and new bathroom added on first floor, at 40 Bath Street
- 15/01580/LBC, 15/01581/FUL & 15/01579/ADV: Install a new shopfront. Remove the party wall and merge two retail
units into one. Refit the shop with new floor finishes, wall boards and false ceiling, electrics, plumbing and lighting. Fascia, Internal window graphics. At 168 Portobello High Street
