Summary of Planning Applications and Decisions for week commencing 2 February 2015

No new major planning applications in the Portobello area have been submitted or decided in the last week.

The following applications have been decided:

  • 14/05166/FUL has been granted: New side extension to accommodate two en suite shower rooms, at 99 Seaview Terrace
  • 14/05134/FUL has been granted: Two storey extension to the side of the existing house, at 10 Gilberstoun Loan
  • 14/05080/FUL has been granted: Replace metal railings to external landing and external stairs with aluminium / glass balustrade and handrail at rear of dwelling house, at 13 Woodside Terrace
  • 14/05058/FUL has been granted: Erect a wooden workshop on gravel area of rear garden and remove existing wooden shed, at 33 Esplanade Terrace
  • 14/04987/FUL has been granted: Erection of single storey extension to rear and side of existing bungalow. Existing garage and boundary fence to be removed, at 18 Woodside Terrace

The following new application has been submitted:

  • 15/00228/LBC: Vary internal alterations to approved plans, at 7A Brunstane Road
  • 15/00257/FUL: Alterations and extensions to detached house, including attic conversion, at 67 Durham Square
  • 15/00270/LBC: Replace the existing dormer timber windows with new double glazed timber windows, at 39 Windsor Place
