Summary of Planning Applications and Decisions for week commencing 30 September 2014

No new major planning applications in the Portobello area have been submitted or decided in the last week.

The following minor applications have been decided:

  • 14/03189/FUL has been granted: Redevelop existing house site with new 2 storey detached dwelling, at 2A Joppa Terrace
  • 14/03034/FUL has been withdrawn: Part change of use from office to residential, at 95 Portobello High Street

The following new applications have been submitted:

  • 14/03791/FUL: Application to renew planning consent 11/02119/FUL for the erection of 6 flats, at Site 9 Metres East Of 24 Bath Street
  • (note: 14/03516/FUL is also a live application for the same site – New residential development comprising 5 flats with 5 off-road car parking spaces in a 4 storey tenemental development)
  • 14/03801/ADV & 14/03803/FUL: ATM illumination & retention of installed ATM at 168 Portobello High Street
