No new major planning applications in the Portobello area have been submitted or decided in the last week.

The following minor applications have been decided:

• 14/03039/FUL is a permitted development: new dormer & velux windows at 108 Seaview Terrace
• 14/02803/LBC, 14/02804/FUL has been granted: replace garden wall at 17 Promenade
• 14/02593/ADV has been granted: erect signage at Craigentinny Dental Care, 57 Duddingston Crescent

The following new applications have been submitted:

• 14/03393/ADV: Erect 3 non-illuminated, free-standing information sign boards on supports at site of new Portobello High School
• 14/03415/FUL: Remove existing rear bay window and form single storey rear extension, at 35 Durham Square
