The following minor applications have been decided:

• 14/02454/FUL has been withdrawn: attic conversion at 22A Brunstane Road
• 14/03307/TCO has had no objection raised: remove a semi-mature birch tree at 13 Regent Street
• 14/02601/FUL has been granted: Increase size of outshoot at 36 Durham Road
• 14/02387/FUL has been granted: renewal of planning consents for the erection of 2 semi-detached houses at 25 Argyll Crescent

The following new applications have been submitted:

• 14/03204/ADV: Display of 4 scrolling 48 sheet advertisement displays all with internal low energy LED illumination (static) at Sir Harry Lauder Road
• 14/03189/FUL: Redevelop existing house site with new 2 storey detached dwelling at 2A Joppa Terrace
