The Scottish Government has published the finalised versions of National Planning Framework 3 and Scottish Planning Policy. Two important documents for land-use planning in Scotland they have been in preparation for nearly two years and the Scottish Government would like to thank all those – members of the general public, amenity and environmental groups, community councils, the planning profession, business interests and planning authorities – who have provided valuable assistance in their preparation.
