City of Edinburgh Council  wishes to consult on its long term concessionary lets policy, whereby third sector organisations like voluntary groups, charities and social enterprises can apply for a reduced rent of council property. 

An opportunity for interested parties to comment on the initial draft policy and suggest alternative options is available.
