The scheme is overseen by the City of Edinburgh Council in partnership with the Energy Saving Scotland Advice Centre in Edinburgh http://www.youredinburgh.info/kb5/edinburgh/cd/organisation.page?id=USysrb27Czs and is funded by the Scottish Government.
